Project description

The Future Mobility Lab project focuses on developing and implementing fraud detection systems. Innovative solutions were created to detect and prevent fraud in the ticketing system, particularly in the context of the Germany Ticket and passenger rights. The project leverages modern machine learning algorithms and data analysis methods to identify suspicious transactions and optimize the processes of Germany’s largest private mobility provider.

Project goals

  • Development and implementation of an ML-based fraud detection system
  • Optimization of data input and collection processes to improve data quality
  • Creation of interactive dashboards for visualizing and analyzing fraud patterns
  • Integration of fraud detection into the existing IT infrastructure with AWS
  • Standardization of the refund process to reduce fraud risks
